Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell did not have the most efficient night of his career on Monday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Mitchell had 26 points, six rebounds, and three assists, but need 25 shots to get those 26 points. His problem on Monday was the three-ball, as he only hit one of his eight three-point attempts. He is now 9-for-31 in December on three-point shots and has been in a bit of funk recently, despite shooting a career-high 37.6 percent from deep this year. Mitchell will look to get back on track against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night before taking on the Warriors on Friday to close out Week 8 of the fantasy basketball season.--Euan Leith

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell heated up in the final quarter and finished Wednesday's 121-112 victory over the Miami Heat with a team-high 30 points on 10-for-21 shooting. He tallied 17 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter, including 10 over the final four minutes when Miami cut it to a two-point game. The Cavaliers star had a busy night, totaling six rebounds, six assists, and one steal over 36 minutes of action. Mitchell also had 30 points in the series opener and looks to be in fine form despite sitting out the end of the regular season due to an ankle injury.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (ankle) practiced fully on Thursday, indicating that he will be 100 percent ready when the team begins its playoff campaign on Sunday. The six-time All-Star sat out the final four regular-season games due to an ankle injury. Mitchell has proven himself as a highly productive playoff performer and will be expected to make a deep run with his team after the Cavaliers dominated the regular season. For his postseason career, Mitchell has averaged 28.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.3 steals in 37.6 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (ankle) missed the last four games of the season due to an ankle injury, but he's trending in the right direction before the NBA Playoffs start. Head coach Kenny Atkinson said before their final game that Mitchell would be "full-on" during practice leading up to Game 1, which is waiting for the play-in games to be scheduled. The 28-year-old was voted to his sixth straight All-Star Game this season and averaged 24.0 points, 5.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game. The Cavaliers' big three of Mitchell, Darius Garland, and Evan Mobley will need to be fully healthy to make a playoff run, and it seems that they're moving closer to that.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (ankle) will not be in the lineup on Thursday against the Indiana Pacers, missing a second consecutive game. Cleveland's star man is nursing an ankle sprain, and the team has no reason to hurry his return since they have already clinched the top seed in the Eastern Conference for the playoffs. Darius Garland (toe) will also take the night off, opening the door for Ty Jerome and Sam Merrill to lead the backcourt. Jerome will enter Thursday's contest with good momentum, having notched 38 points across two games since returning from a knee injury.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
