Jacob Hollister Catches Six Passes In Win
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Jacob Hollister wasn't the man to haul in a pair of touchdowns this week, but he did still chip in six catches on eight targets in the team's win over Minnesota on Monday night. Unfortunately, it will be a fluke play that wasn't Hollister's fault that will get the most airtime. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson tried to zip a pass to Hollister over the middle in the second quarter, but it got batted at the line. The bat went back to Wilson, and he made a poor choice by attempting to bat the ball once again like a volleyball. While Hollister futilely tried to get back to the bouncing ball, a Vikings defender easily settled under it to catch it and return it for six points. Outside of terrible misfortunes, Hollister is clearly still one of Wilson's favorite receivers, so owners should expect plenty more scoring chances in the future.
