Mike Williams Will Likely Get Many Targets
5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams is set to square off against the Denver Broncos once again this Sunday, and he'll likely be the team's de facto No. 1 receiver once again. With actual No. 1 wide receiver Keenan Allen being shadowed by Chris Harris Jr. all day, Williams will probably be the team's top wideout just like he was in October when the two teams faced each other. In that game, Williams caught six passes, the most he's caught in any game this season, and he tallied 74 yards in 13 targets. Notably, LA was without Hunter Henry at that time, so be prepared for him to siphon off some targets, but Williams should still be seen as a strong contender for a lot of opportunities against the top-notch defense of the Broncos.
