Carolina Hurricanes goaltender James Reimer registered his first shutout of the season on Sunday with only 19 saves in a 2-0 win over Detroit. 11 of the saves came in the first period. Reimer has now won two starts on the bounce, pushing his record for the season to 4-4-0. He carries a 2.71 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage. The Hurricanes have a back-to-back set this upcoming weekend, so Reimer should be guaranteed at least one more start in November. It could be a very lonely December for him, though, as the team only has one back-to-back set next month.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
