Mitch Trubisky Passes For Season-High 278 Yards
5 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky completed 25 of 41 passes for a season-high 278 yards, two total touchdowns and two interceptions in the Bears 19-14 win over the Giants. It was another ugly performance for the Bears offense but Trubisky came to life in the third quarter. He was able to make some deep connections with receiver Allen Robinson, one for a touchdown, and added his first rushing touchdown of the season. But the third-year quarterback threw his third red zone interception of the season, tied for most in the NFL, and the offense again struggled on third downs. Trubisky is not a fantasy starter but will have streaming appeal this Thursday on Thanksgiving against the hapless Lions.
