Indiana Pacers point/shooting guard Malcolm Brogdon has been ruled out for Monday’s game versus the Brooklyn Nets due to lower back soreness. Brogdon absence Saturday paved the way for Aaron Holiday to enter the starting five, with the second-year guard likely to be a highly sought after DFS commodity Monday with Brogdon out of the mix again. It has been a breakout year for the Pacers’ new ball-handler, having averaged 19.2 points and 8.2 assists per contest through his first 12 games. He will have ample time to rest up before his next chance at returning Saturday against Orlando.--Jesse Borek

Washington Wizards guard Malcolm Brogdon (ankle) will be out of action against the Indiana Pacers on Thursday. Brogdon will miss his 19th consecutive contest due to a sprained left ankle. The 32-year-old injury occurred right before the All-Star break, and he has not seen any action since play resumed. He's only played in 24 games this season, averaging 12.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 4.1 assists in 23.5 minutes per game. His next chance to return to the floor is Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards guard Malcolm Brogdon (ankle) will remain sidelined for Thursday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Just before the All-Star break, Brogdon sprained his left ankle and has not seen any action since play resumed. On Thursday, he will be out for an 11th consecutive game. The veteran is expected to return before the end of the season, but it's unclear when he will be available. This season has been frustrating for Brogdon, who has taken the court only 24 times due to health issues. He is averaging 12.7 points per game, his lowest mark since his rookie year.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Varun Shankar of The Washington Post reports that Washington Wizards guard Malcolm Brogdon (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Detroit Pistons. This will be his 10th straight game he's missed, thanks to a sprained left ankle. Brogdon has dealt with injuries all season long and has only been able to suit up in 24 games this season for Washington. In his absence, fantasy managers should expect Khris Middleton (rest) to continue to have an expanded role after sitting out for rest purposes on Monday against the Raptors. In the seven games since being acquired from the Bucks at the trade deadline, the veteran forward is averaging 12.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.7 steals in 24.6 minutes per outing.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards guard Malcolm Brogdon (ankle) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Utah Jazz. This will his seventh straight game he's missed thanks to a sprained left ankle. Brogdon has dealt with injuries all season long and has only been able to suit up in 24 games this season for Washington. In his absence expect Khris Middleton to continue in the starting lineup. Middleton has averaged 12.0 PPG and 4.2 APG as a Wizard. Against a weak Utah defense Middleton may provide some solid fantasy and DFS value to those looking to take a longer shot on him.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller
