BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 12% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: It looks like fantasy owners have not caught up yet with Noah Fant’s exploits in Week 8, as his ownership rate is still at 12% is a little baffling. Sure, Fant has experienced the rookie-aids all season long and has not put on outstanding performances regularly, but his last outing was incredible and made him reach the 20-point mark in PPR-format leagues. That came after scoring 7.6 fantasy points in Week 7, so I’m not ruling out Fant keeping up this certain level of play going forward.
Coming from a bye week, Fant will enter his Week 11 game against Minnesota with five games over six fantasy points under his belt. The tight end position is really bad in terms of its player outcomes, so anything floating seven to 10 fantasy points should be considered a success if it comes on a weekly basis. Fant is being targeted an average of four times per game and he looked like one of Brandon Allen’s favorite weapons on offense.
With Denver facing a below-average defense in Week 11 (Minnesota, 17th against TEs), Fant looks like one of the best streaming options at the position if only for one week no matter the league you play at. He might just be an option ROS in deeper, 14+ Team leagues though, as the Broncos schedule is a tad bit tougher from weeks 12 to 14 both included. Consider Fant a starter in any of your lineups in Week 11 and viable addition to hold onto your roster if you happen to play in a deeper league.
