5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running backs James Conner (shoulder), Trey Edmunds (ribs) and Benny Snell Jr. (knee) all missed practice on Thursday. Edmunds and Snell haven't practiced yet this week, while Conner was downgraded after a limited practice Wednesday. Conner isn't expected to play in Week 10 against the Rams, and both Edmunds and Snell are on track to being inactive as well. That would make Jaylen Samuels a high-end RB2 this Sunday, while rookie Tony Brooks-James might be Samuels' only backup on game day. Brooks-James will undoubtedly see some work behind Samuels if the other backs are all out, but he won't have much standalone fantasy appeal.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
