Jacob Hollister Gets First Two Career TDs
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Jacob Hollister is in his third year in the league, and going into Sunday he had racked up a total of 132 receiving yards in his entire career. An undrafted free agent out of Wyoming who is on his second team, Hollister is exactly the kind of guy that gets tagged out of nowhere by head coach Pete Carroll. Hollister not only saw his number get called on a sneaky pass-action fake from the one-yard line to get his first career touchdown at the end of the first half, but with the game on the line in overtime, Hollister got rung again. Diving for the end zone both times, Hollister reached the promised land and delivered. Whether he'll have any future or fade away instantly is left to be seen, but for now it's a reminder that just because quarterback Russell Wilson is throwing touchdowns, it doesn't mean they're going to guys owned in any fantasy leagues.
