Frank Gore Has A Quiet Game In Week 8
5 years agoBuffalo Bills running back Frank Gore gained just 34 yards on nine carries in Week 8 against the Eagles. It was his lowest rushing total since Week 1. The Bills' offense struggled as a whole in the game. Gore heavily out-carried the team's No. 2 running back Devin Singletary, who gained 19 yards on just three attempts, but quarterback Josh Allen was the team's leading rusher on the day with 45 yards. Singletary was also heavily involved in the passing game, catching four of six targets, including a touchdown, while Gore didn't receive a single target. Gore has a favorable matchup against the Redskins in Week 9, so make sure to keep him on your roster as he'll be a serviceable RB2 or flex in most leagues next week.
