Dawson Knox Not A Strong Starting Option In Week 8
5 years agoBuffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox played only 52% of the team's offensive snaps in Week 7, a season low for him. Fellow tight end Tyler Kroft made his Bills debut in the game and despite not seeing a target, Kroft still played 45% of the team's offensive snaps, a bad sign that he and Knox might split work around 50/50 going forward. Knox caught two of his five targets for 22 yards in Week 7. The Bills face a generous Eagles passing defense in Week 8, but it's hard to bank on Knox getting more than four or five targets and we've seen him struggle to do anything with that low of a target share in recent weeks. Avoid starting him if you have another option to consider.
