BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues
OWNED IN: 14% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Houston Texans wide receiver Keke Coutee scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 7, a four-yard rushing touchdown against the Colts. He's had a quiet year so far, but his opportunities should increase going forward as Will Fuller (hamstring) is expected to be sidelined multiple weeks.
The Texans have a lot of mouths to feed in their passing game, most notably star receiver DeAndre Hopkins, but they also have one of the most electric passing games in the league, led by quarterback Deshaun Watson. The two players who stand to benefit most from Fuller's absence are Coutee and Kenny Stills. Both players received five targets in Week 7 and Stills had the bigger game, catching four of his targets for 105 yards while Coutee had just three catches for 25 yards. Coutee is a bit more diversified of a receiver, while Stills is primarily a deep threat and end zone target.
The Texans should be able to sustain multiple receivers as startable fantasy options most weeks. Predicting when Stills or Coutee have their big games vs. their letdown games might be difficult, but while Fuller is out, the big games will be more likely. Add Coutee in PPR leagues of 12 or more teams. He has a great matchup against the Raiders in Week 8 and will be a viable starting option as a WR3 or flex. In more shallow leagues, he can be left on waivers for now, unless he proves he's the team's No. 2 while Fuller is out.
