Mohamed Sanu A Possible WR3 Or Flex In PPR Leagues
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu has turned in solid outings in three of his past four games. He's been receiving about as many targets as Calvin Ridley, but Ridley has been getting the deeper targets and has four touchdowns on the year compared with Sanu's one. Julio Jones is the team's clear number one receiver and tight end Austin Hooper has been a target monster all year, making things a little cloudy for Sanu. However, the Falcons' passing game is so strong and Matt Ryan is throwing the ball so much that Sanu can manage some production even as the fourth wheel in the attack. He's a better option in PPR leagues than non-PPR as he's averaging over five receptions per game. Expect him to catch about five passes in Week 7 against the Rams, which should enable him to total around 60 or 70 yards on the day.
