Mohamed Sanu Catches Just Three Passes For 29 Yards
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu was due for a down game after three straight solid weeks. Quarterback Matt Ryan relied heavily on tight end Austin Hooper and Julio Jones in Week 6, with the two combining for 225 yards. Sanu was fourth on the team in targets in Week 6, with four, and he caught three of them for a total of just 29 yards. It was his first game of the year with fewer than four receptions and it was his first game since Week 2 to go without either a touchdown or 70-plus yards. He's worth owning in leagues of 12 or more teams but shouldn't be relied upon to be as consistent as he'd been the past three weeks.
