5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was stifled by the Jaguars in Week 6. Saints writer Amie Just reported that Kamara had a swollen ankle before kickoff and tweaked his knee during the game. Affected by the injuries, the 24-year-old carried the ball just 11 times for 31 yards but did salvage his day a bit in PPR leagues with seven catches for 35 yards. Kamara's two touchdowns through six weeks are unimpressive, but better days are surely ahead. He will look to heal up before a tough Week 7 matchup against the Chicago Bears.--Tim Capurso
