Didi Gregorius Brings .990 OPS With RISP
5 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Didi Gregorius heads into Game 1 of the playoffs hitting only .186 over his last 113 at-bats to finish the regular season. Gregorius got a late start to his season recovering from Tommy John surgery and then suffered a bone bruise in his shoulder in late August. Gregorius has been inconsistent this season but has delivered in clutch moments. Through 78 at-bats with runners in scoring position, the 29-year-old is slashing .308/.349/.641 with 48 runs batted in. The shortstop may not be a surefire fantasy selection but could deliver some big-time hits in key situations for the Yankees.
