Lorenzo Cain Will Rest in Season Finale
5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Lorenzo Cain (ankle) will sit out of the season finale on Sunday versus the Colorado Rockies. Cain suffered a sprained ankle while colliding with catcher Tony Wolters during Saturday's contest. He's considered day-to-day, so hopefully he'll be ready to play in the playoffs. Trent Grisham will bat leadoff and cover center field versus righty Jeff Hoffman. Grisham has been sluggish with the bat lately, but could bounce back against Hoffman, who is posting a 6.78 ERA this season.
