5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler is preparing for his swan song as a fantasy stud, but he should go out on a high note. The return of Melvin Gordon means Ekeler's time as a starter is coming to an end, and Week 4 is probably his last chance to get a full slate of action. Ekeler can certainly be productive in a backup role, but nothing like when he's the go-to guy. This week, he'll be facing a Miami squad that has already allowed considerably more fantasy points to opposing running backs than any other team, and Vegas thinks the game is going to be a complete blowout. If the score starts to get out of hand, expect Ekeler to get plenty of chances to pad those stats. It should be quite the finale to his starting run.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
