5 years agoSeattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner told the media he was sad that he won't get to face off against Drew Brees when the Saints come to town on Sunday, but he's excited by Seattle's current approach of more linebackers at every turn. The Seahawks Defense leads the league in how often they run their base defense, which includes Wagner, K.J. Wright, and Mychal Kendricks at linebacker, and so far, it's proved pretty effective. While they got lit up a bit through the air in Week 1, Seattle has effectively shut down the running game so far this season. Expect them to continue to use this package a lot, and this week will be a real test since they'll be trying to keep Alvin Kamara under wraps.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
