Diontae Johnson Is A Sneaky DFS Play
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson has been targeted nine times through two games, hauling in four of them for 42 yards. Nothing spectacular to look at, but with Donte Moncrief's benching, Johnson has a real shot to see more work. Of his 51 offensive snaps, he's lined up on the outside 38 times, 10 more than JuJu Smith-Schuster. While K'Waun Williams and Richard Sherman will focus on Smith-Schuster and James Washington, the rookie Johnson might be able to sneak his way past the 49ers secondary in Week 3. He shouldn't be considered more than a DFS dart-throw, but keep an eye on his target share with new quarterback Mason Rudolph.
