5 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Marquise Brown is still experiencing some discomfort in his injured foot and only played on 14 snaps in Week 1. Out of those 14 snaps, Brown was targeted five times, catching four balls for 147 yards and two touchdowns. Although the speedster out of Oklahoma only played on 14.82% of the Ravens offensive snaps, he was targeted five times, which equals the total number of targets (five) for all other Ravens wide receivers combined. The bottom line is that at this point in time, Brown needs to catch a deep ball if he's going to come through for fantasy purposes, similar to Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson earlier in his career.
