BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 2% of Yahoo! leagues
ANALYSIS: Mariners utility infielder Dylan Moore has done it all this year. He's played every infield position, most outfield positions, hit some home runs, and swiped some bases.
Now, with J.P. Crawford still on the shelf, Moore has started 10 of the last 12 games for Seattle, and hit leadoff in three of them. Moore has nine home runs and 11 steals on the season, giving him enough counting stats to be worth a look in deeper (AL-only and 14+) team leagues.
There are some caveats, however, including his .214 batting average, the fact that he's been caught stealing a league-leading nine times, and the fact that the Mariners recalled shortstop prospect Donnie Walton from AA. Walton was hitting .300 at that level, and will likely bleed into Moore's playing time going forward.
Still, Moore is on a mini hot-streak right now, having homered in back-to-back games, and is worth a look in very deep leagues that need to catch up the final few weeks of the regular season.
