Hanser Alberto Hits 11th Home Run Of Season Monday
Hanser Alberto went 2-for-5 with a single, a solo home run, and two strikeouts in Monday's 5-4 loss to the Rays. Alberto took Ryan Yarbrough deep in the sixth inning for his 11th HR of the season. The 26-year-old has been a huge surprise this season, posting a .323/.345/.454 slash line with 52 RBI and four stolen bases in 457 plate appearances. He should be a useful asset in roto leagues down the stretch.

Hanser Alberto Day-To-Day
Hanser Alberto (shoulder) exited Sunday's meeting with the Royals because of left shoulder soreness. The team announced he's day-to-day. The 30-year-old is batting .222 this season and has benefited from injuries throughout the lineup by receiving extra playing time. However, he's not rostered in many fantasy leagues, so a trip to the injured list will only impact a small group of managers.
