Robby Anderson Sidelined With A Calf Injury
5 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson is dealing with a calf injury that has kept him on the sidelines for the Jets Tuesday practice, and per head coach Adam Gase he is considered to be day-to-day. Still, Anderson is expected to be active for the Jets Week 1 contest against the Buffalo Bills and he remains a solid late-round draft choice by virtue of being the lead receiver in an improved offense. However, if his health worsens and his Week 1 status comes into question, expect teammates Jamison Crowder and Quincy Enunwa to have an expanded receiving role.
