5 years agoNew England Patriots running back Nick Brossette led the team with 14 carries for 53 yards in the team's third preseason game against the Panthers. Brossette has now registered 150 yards from scrimmage with two touchdowns through three preseason games. Brossette is not expected to factor into the Patriots backfield mix this season but the team clearly trusts him with the football in his hands. The rookie should be in line for 10-plus carries in the Patriots final preseason duel.--Joey C - RotoBaller
