Marcus Murphy Rushes For 21 Yards In Second Preseason Game
5 years agoBuffalo Bills running back Marcus Murphy carried the ball six times for 21 yards, good for 3.5 yards per carry, in the team's second preseason game against the Panthers. Murphy has been a journeyman running back since entering the league as a seventh-round pick of the Saints in 2015. He's suited up in 12 games for the Bills the past two years and has carried the ball 59 times for 291 yards. This year, the Bills have more depth in their backfield with the offseason additions of Frank Gore, Devin Singletary and T.J. Yeldon. Murphy will likely start the season on the team's practice squad and shouldn't be targeted in fantasy drafts.
