5 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Cody Latimer entered camp in a heated competition with receiver Corey Coleman for the No. 3 receiver spot. With a multitude of injuries and a suspended Golden Tate, the door for Latimer has swung wide open. Coming into his second year with the Giants, Latimer has caught a lot of praise from head coach Pat Shurmur. With Tate serving a suspension until Week 5 and Corey Coleman (knee), and Sterling Shepard (thumb) banged up, Latimer will see a good number of targets early on in the regular season and is worth a flier as a late-round sleeper in deeper leagues.--addison_phillips
