D.K. Metcalf Back On Field And Turning Heads
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (oblique) was back on the field for practice Tuesday after missing the team's mock game on Saturday. He was also limited during Monday's work due to what head coach Pete Carroll referred to as a minor oblique strain. Metcalf has been jelling nicely with quarterback Russell Wilson, including two long pass plays in practice Tuesday. His summer and early camp work has generated a lot of hype. Currently Metcalf should be viewed as a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams, but he has a lot of upside and is a tremendous long-term keeper option, too.
