5 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars have signed former Minnesota Vikings running back Roc Thomas. Thomas will serve a three-game suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy to open the season, so Jacksonville signing him while that looms over his head suggests that the team sees him as an actual piece for the team and not someone who'll just be a camp body.
