Kyle Wright Sent Back To Triple-A
5 years agoThe Atlanta Braves sent pitcher Kyle Wright back down to Triple-A on Friday, following his rough outing against the Nationals on Thursday. Wright gave up seven earned runs on seven hits and three walks across 2 2/3 innings in the start, his first big league start since mid-April. The Braves have been shuffling their pitchers around so actively this year that there's a solid chance Wright will get another opportunity to join the rotation. However, his atrocious 9.72 ERA and 2.10 WHIP across 16.2 innings in the MLB this year certainly doesn't inspire much confidence. He can be left on waivers in all leagues.
