Ross Stripling Mediocre In Thursday's No-Decision
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Ross Stripling allowed three runs - two earned - on five hits through five innings of work during a 7-6 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday. He left the game in line for the win, but the bullpen failed to deliver. Stripling has served as a reliever and a starter this season. As a starter, he owns a 2-2 record to go along with a 3.54 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and a 58/13 K/BB rate. He will likely stay in the rotation as Rich Hill (forearm) has a long way to go in his injury recovery. Stripling is worthy of ownership in the majority of mixed leagues. He will face the Los Angeles Angels in his next projected start.
