BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 4% of Yahoo! leagues
ANALYSIS: After 19 disastrous games with the Padres to start the year, Alex Dickerson was waived and ended up catching on with their NFC West foe to the North, the San Francisco Giants.
Dickerson has had considerably more success in the Bay, boasting a .362/.444/.787 slash line with four home runs and 15 RBI in just 16 games played.
You don't need me to tell you that Dickerson is not going to hit .362 in the second half. However, he has shown flashes of offensive potential in years past, and the Giants are going to give him every opportunity to shine while they are rebuilding.
The 29-year-old is probably not a post-hype breakout star, but rather a player on a hot streak on a new team.
Regardless, there's no reason not to ride out this hot streak, especially in deeper leagues and NL-only formats.
