BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 18% of Yahoo! leagues
ANALYSIS: Orioles infielder Renato Nunez has cooled down considerably after his hot start to the season, but he still heads into the All-Star break with 19 home runs, 47 RBI and 42 runs scored - numbers that put him on pace to hit 35+ home runs and 95+ RBI.
His slash line is not good, sitting at .239/.303/.488 with a 7.2% walk rate and a 25.9% strikeout rate, but the raw power is very real and he is without a doubt a 30 home run threat, if he can stay healthy in the second half. His exit velocity and hard hit rate are both among the best in the league, and he's long been known for his prodigious power.
I don't expect much to change for Nunez this season, so expect a second half with 15 or so home runs, a .230ish batting average and not a whole lot else. Still, for a guy who is only owned in 18% of Yahoo leagues, you could do much worse than him on the waiver wire.
