5 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Matt Harvey (back) said that he will return to the starting rotation after the All-Star break. Harvey will pitch in Triple-A on Sunday, but it sounds like that is his last start in the minors. He has a 7.50 ERA in 10 starts with the Angels this season. It doesn't sound like he can be trusted in fantasy leagues right now.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
