5 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman Justin Bour homered twice and drove in four runs as the Angels beat the Reds 5-1 on Wednesday. Bour was recalled from Triple-A on June 11 and has made this second chance count. Over his last seven games, Bour has six extra-base hits (two doubles, four home runs) with nine runs batted in while posting a .304 batting average. This development does not mean fantasy owners need to rush to add Bour however. He will still have to compete for at-bats with Albert Pujols, Shohei Ohtani and occasionally Justin Upton at the DH spot. Bour's status should be lightly monitored as he is in line for more playing time this week.--Joey C - RotoBaller
