Julio Teheran Gets Lit Up Again On Monday
5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Julio Teheran allowed seven runs on nine hits over four innings of work during an 8-3 loss to the Chicago Cubs on Monday. He struck out two batters while walking three. Teheran was borderline unhittable during May, but he has now surrendered 13 runs over his past two starts. Perhaps the 28-year-old is coming back down to Earth as his ERA has ballooned from 2.92 to 3.94 after the dismal outings. He'll need to bounce back against the New York Mets in his next start to prove that he is still serviceable to fantasy managers.
