5 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Craig Kimbrel will continue to pitch for Triple-A Iowa and is scheduled to throw on Tuesday. The Cubs are taking a slow approach to calling up Kimbrel, but there is a chance he could be called up as early as Thursday or Friday if everything goes well. Kimbrel recently signed with the Cubs and has allowed just one run in three outings.
