5 years agoHouston Astros catcher Max Stassi (knee) will head to West Palm Beach, Fla. to ramp up his catching activity, manager A.J. Hinch said on Tuesday. Stassi has been on the 10-day injured list due to a knee injury. The backup receiver is hitting just .167 (9-for-54) with one extra-base hit (a homer) and three RBI with 18 strikeouts, and he has managed a dismal .460 OPS. It's going to take quite the hot streak once he returns to the big club before he is in the good graces of fantasy owners again.--Daniel Dobish
