Homer Bailey Loses Again
6 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Homer Bailey was hit hard once again as he was chased in the fourth inning of Saturday's matchup in Texas. Bailey cruised through the first three innings of the start before unraveling in the fourth inning, in an early repeat of yesterday's performance by teammate Danny Duffy. Bailey also succumbed to the power of Joey Gallo as Gallo drilled a two-run shot to right-center field for his 17th of the year, and Bailey was eventually charged with four earned runs in 3 2/3 innings pitched. Bailey has now exited before the sixth inning in three straight starts, and absolutely no fantasy team should have him rostered. He's scheduled to host the surprising White Sox next week.
