Kyle Lowry Plays Through Thumb Injury On Sunday
6 years agoToronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry played through early foul troubles and also a jammed thumb to score 10 points to help secure an Eastern Conference Finals bid. Lowry added six rebounds with six assists as he added two steals and was a starters' best plus-2 in 39 minutes of action. Lowry once again struggled on offense but was more valuable than his line shows as he added excellent hustle plays and had a two-minute stretch in the third quarter when he grabbed three offensive rebounds. In Lowry's three games this season against the Bucks, he averaged a dismal 6.3 points and 23.3% from the floor, yikes.
