Dylan Bundy Surrenders Two Home Runs Saturday
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Dylan Bundy continued to do what he has done best over the past two seasons, allow home runs, in Saturday's 7-2 loss to the Angels. Bundy pitched five innings, allowing three runs on four hits (including the two HR, both to Albert Pujols) and two walks with two strikeouts. The 26-year-old is now 1-5 with a 5.31 ERA and 11 HR allowed in 40 2/3 IP. Bundy used to be thought of as a potential fantasy prospect, but he should not be rostered by fantasy players given his proclivity to giving up long balls. He is slated to make his next start on the road against the Indians, where he should be avoided.
