Jimmy Butler's 22 Points Nowhere Near Enough In Game 5
6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard/small forward Jimmy Butler did all he could on Tuesday to get his team going, but it did not work in the 36-point loss in Game 5 to the Raptors. Butler scored 22 points while adding seven assists with five rebounds and added a steal with a block and just one turnover in this one. Butler at times looked like the only one fighting for the 76ers, as his supporting crew was nowhere to be found. He has been the primary ball-handler for his club with Kawhi Leonard making Ben Simmons a non-factor, but this has also taken away from many of Butler's catch-and-shoot chances. We can expect Butler to come out swinging on Thursday with the series on the line.
