Marcus Stroman Struggles Mightily Against Twins
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Marcus Stroman allowed six runs (five earned) on eight hits through 4 2/3 innings of work during Monday's 8-0 loss to the Minnesota Twins. He struck out two batters while walking two. Stroman has now had two ineffective starts in a row after a dynamite beginning to the 2019 campaign. The 28-year-old owns a 1-5 record on the season to go along with a 2.96 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 41/18 K/BB rate. Stroman is a back-end fantasy starter in deeper fantasy formats. He has a decent matchup against the Chicago White Sox in his next projected start.
