6 years agoThe Kansas City Royals lineup certainly isn't devoid of speed, but one of the fastest members, outfielder Billy Hamilton, just still can't figure out how to get to first base regularly. This isn't a new problem for Hamilton, but it's gotten worse over the last week as he is now just 2-for-21 over his last seven games. Even in KC's hit parade against the Tigers on Saturday, Hamilton took another 0-fer. This has always been a problem for Hamilton, but there were quite a few fantasy owners that were hoping new surroundings and new coaching might be able to help him take that next step.
