Kyrie Irving Provides Monster Line In Game 1 Versus The Bucks
Kyrie Irving worked his magic in Game 1 as the Bucks did not have an answer for the veteran in the 22-point win on Sunday. Irving was magical as he scored 26 points on smooth takes to the rim secured the double-double with 11 rebounds and handed out seven assists with two triples in 33 minutes of action. He dominated the matchup with Eric Bledsoe who managed just six points on 1-for-5 shooting as the Celtics threw the first punch in this series. The Bucks are probably looking forward to the return of Malcolm Brogdon in hopes of adding some length to try and slow down Irving.

Kyrie Irving Suffers Torn ACL
Kyrie Irving (knee) suffered a season-ending torn ACL during Monday's loss to the Sacramento Kings. The veteran was having an excellent season, averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 40.1% shooting from behind the arc. Dallas has been without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee), and P.J. Washington (ankle), so Klay Thompson, Naji Marshall, Max Christie, and Dante Exum could see an uptick in minutes on the floor and a bump in production with Irving out.

Kyrie Irving Injured On Monday, Helped Off The Court
Kyrie Irving (knee) won't return to Monday's matchup with the Kings. Irving logged nine minutes, amassing seven points before suffering a left knee injury. The Mavs are calling the injury a sprain. The veteran has had an excellent season, averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 40.1% shooting from behind the arc. Dallas has been without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee), and P.J. Kyrie Irving Ruled Out Against Heat
Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will miss Thursday's matchup against the Miami Heat. On Wednesday, Irving led the Mavericks to victory with a monster 42-point effort against the Golden State Warriors, and he gets a well-earned rest day on Thursday. Irving's absence opens up tons of usage for the likes of Spencer Dinwiddie, Max Christie, and Dante Exum (Achilles. The latter has been cleared for action after initially carrying a questionable tag.

Kyrie Irving Uncertain Thursday Against Miami
Kyrie Irving (shoulder) was listed as questionable for Thursday's home game against the Heat. Irving logged 40 minutes in Wednesday night's win over the Warriors, pouring in 42 points to go with seven rebounds. He had 30 points on Monday, so he's having a huge week, but he's also battling shoulder soreness now, so he may have to sit out on Thursday against Miami. The Mavericks also listed Klay Thompson (foot) and Dante Exum (Achilles) as questionable, and if those main contributors sit, there will be heavy minutes and usage available for Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy, and Max Christie in the backcourt.
