Patrick Cantlay Shines At RBC Heritage
6 years agoPatrick Cantlay tied for third place at the RBC Heritage. Cantlay was propelled by weekend rounds of 66 and 69. He came to the 72nd hole just one stroke back of eventual winner C.T. Pan. Needing a birdie to force a playoff, Cantlay could only manage a bogey and fell into a tie for third with a final score of 10-under par. The 27-year-old demonstrated last year that he has the game to be a true superstar on the PGA Tour. He has delivered on that promise over his last two starts of 2019 with a T9 at the Masters and this strong outing at Harbour Town. Cantlay will team up with Patrick Reed in the upcoming Zurich Classic. He will continue to be an elite DFS option for the foreseeable future.
