Miguel Andujar To Play Catch Wednesday
6 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Miguel Andujar is facing what is being called a major test in his rehabbing process Wednesday as he's set to play catch. The 2018 Rookie of the Year runner-up was diagnosed with a labrum tear on April 1 and is possibly facing season-ending surgery. Andujar is not allowed to swing a bat yet, but should Wednesday's throwing session go well, he could soon start taking hacks. Last season, the 24-year-old hit .294 in 149 games, picking up 27 home runs and 92 RBI.
