Daniel Norris Will Move To Starting Rotation
6 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Matt Moore (knee) exited Saturday's game after just three innings and was replaced by former starter Daniel Norris. Team sources have confirmed that Moore will be placed on the injured list, and that Norris will fill his spot in the rotation for the foreseeable future. Norris has good, raw, left-handed stuff, but the results have been less than stellar -- not to mention the fact that Norris has had his own injury issues in recent seasons. He allowed three runs in three innings of relief Saturday and isn't recommended as a streamer unless he's facing a team who is abysmal against southpaws.
