Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving led his team in scoring on Saturday night, tallying 37 points in a disappointing loss to the Chicago Bulls. Irving scored his 37 on 14-for-24 shooting from the field, connecting on 3-for-6 from deep, and also putting work in at the free throw line shooting a perfect 6-for-6. Not to be overlooked, Irving also racked up a double-double with 10 assists, alongside five boards, one steal, and one block. Look for Kyrie to keep the hot hand against the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night, as in three games this season against Kawhi Leonard and company Irving is averaging 30.3 points and 11.6 assists.--Matthew.McGough

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (knee) suffered a season-ending torn ACL during Monday's loss to the Sacramento Kings. The veteran was having an excellent season, averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 40.1% shooting from behind the arc. Dallas has been without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee), and P.J. Washington (ankle), so Klay ThompsonNaji MarshallMax Christie, and Dante Exum could see an uptick in minutes on the floor and a bump in production with Irving out.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller

Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (knee) won't return to Monday's matchup with the Kings. Irving logged nine minutes, amassing seven points before suffering a left knee injury. The Mavs are calling the injury a sprain. However, Irving couldn't put any weight on his leg and needed assistance off the floor. He will likely undergo further testing. The veteran has had an excellent season, averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 40.1% shooting from behind the arc. Dallas has been without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee), and P.J. Washington (ankle), so Klay Thompson, Naji Marshall, Max Christie, and Dante Exum could see a bump in production if Irving is sidelined.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will miss Thursday's matchup against the Miami Heat. On Wednesday, Irving led the Mavericks to victory with a monster 42-point effort against the Golden State Warriors, and he gets a well-earned rest day on Thursday. Irving's absence opens up tons of usage for the likes of Spencer Dinwiddie, Max Christie, and Dante Exum (Achilles. The latter has been cleared for action after initially carrying a questionable tag.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (shoulder) was listed as questionable for Thursday's home game against the Heat. Irving logged 40 minutes in Wednesday night's win over the Warriors, pouring in 42 points to go with seven rebounds. He had 30 points on Monday, so he's having a huge week, but he's also battling shoulder soreness now, so he may have to sit out on Thursday against Miami. The Mavericks also listed Klay Thompson (foot) and Dante Exum (Achilles) as questionable, and if those main contributors sit, there will be heavy minutes and usage available for Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy, and Max Christie in the backcourt.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller
