Evgeni Malkin Produces Three-Point Performance In Loss
6 years agoPittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin scored two goals and added an assist during a 5-4 loss to the Calgary Flames on Saturday afternoon. All three of his points came on the power play. Malkin was a minus-two with five shots, three hits, and one block in the contest. The talented Russian forward has had another fantastic season with 16 goals, 43 assists, and 21 power-play points through 52 games. Malkin is undoubtedly one of the top point-producing players in the entire league as he has averaged over a point-per-game for the past eight seasons. He is a fantasy stalwart that can be rolled out with confidence any time he takes the ice.
